You may be wondering, “What’s so special about Vermont?” Well, it’s a land teeming with feral ghouls that hunt for human flesh.
What makes this adventure special is the free-form nature of the quests. With no quest markers, it’s up to you to unravel the mystery by talking to NPCs and finding out for yourself.
Because of course there is a “sneaky secret” lurking in the shadows. I wonder if it has something to do with a safe. Just a guess.
The creator is quick to point out that you’ll meet many interesting characters and factions as you enter Vermont, and that they’re central to the narrative.
And there’s plenty of action. After all, these ghouls are out for blood, and you’re there to deliver justice through bloody carnage.
The adventure is fully voiced and feels very natural and fits well into the Fallout4 Universe – the entrance to Vermont can be found north of Sanctuary Hills.
Fallout Vermont is an ideal expansion for anyone who wants to leave the big city and the suburbs behind and move to a more idyllic environment, albeit one that is spoiled by the angry ghouls.
Fallout has enjoyed enormous popularity since the TV series premiered on Amazon Prime earlier this year.
Fallout4 has risen again and sees thousands of players every day and even Fallout76 will get a new expansion focusing on ghouls.
So if you like ghouls and lush landscapes, you definitely have to try this out.
