Benny Blanco lowers the price of his stylish Chelsea loft

Chart-toppers and songwriters (and Selena Gomez squeeze) Benny Blanco is making some money-making moves to get rid of his three-bedroom Manhattan loft — and is reducing the price of the stunning home by nearly a quarter of a million dollars.

Blanco, real name Benjamin Joseph Levinhas owned the picturesque Chelsea property for some time; records show he purchased the 22,000-square-foot home in 2011 for $3,445,000.

He originally listed the house for sale in May with an asking price of $3,995,000. But after three months of no buyers, Blanco is now taking steps to make the property more attractive – by lowering the price to $3,750,000.

The price reduction would significantly reduce the potential profit Blanco hopes to make on the house, especially given that he invested a lot of money in a complete renovation of the property after purchasing it.

As part of the renovation, Blanco added stunning contemporary finishes and created a more versatile layout throughout the home.
