Drake receives amazing praise from Joe Budden in shocking turn of events

Yesterday, there was a possible theory that DJ Akademiks considered regarding Drake’s music release at a certain time. The hip-hop expert recalled previous conversations with Joe Budden in which the latter felt Drake would intentionally release tracks after the podcaster had recorded his episodes so that he would respond to them later. Budden recognized this pattern during the argument with Kendrick Lamar, and Akademiks was initially quick to dismiss it. However, after letting it sink in and noting when Drake released his last 100gigs.org three-pack, he now fully agrees.

In our report, we noted that we were curious to hear what Joe Budden had to say in light of what we just outlined. Would he address this trend that he believes is real? Would he tear the songs to pieces even more because of it? Well, with the second weekly episode of The Joe Budden Podcast Today, according to a tweet from Joebuddenclips, we have our answer.

Joe Budden says this is his favorite Drake three-pack

In a major plot twist, the controversial host actually had the exact opposite reaction to “Supersoak (SOD),” “No Face,” and “Circadian Rhythm.” While reacting to the first of the trio, Budden clearly enjoyed the track, saying that this three-pack was his favorite of the two. Later in the panel’s conversation, he said that he also thinks “he’s doing a decent job of post-fight recovery now.” In the same breath, however, Budden just wants Drake to be with his team and only his team and just work on slowly getting back into shape. Also, he’s not really hoping Drake and Kendrick start “Game 2,” but he’ll have a “front row seat” if, to no one’s surprise, it actually turns out that way.

What do you think about Joe Budden praising Drake for his latest trio of songs? Do you think he’s trying to ingratiate himself with Drizzy, why or why not? What do you think will happen next between The Boy and Kendrick Lamar? We’d love to hear what you have to say, so leave your thoughts in the comments.
