Jayne, 53, wore no makeup, a black long-sleeved shirt, gray sweatpants, sandals and a baseball cap for the outing.

On Tuesday, a jury in Los Angeles found the reality star’s ex guilty of four counts of wire fraud that she committed at his now-defunct firm Girardi & Keese.

Girardi, 85, will be sentenced in December and faces up to 20 years in prison for each charge.

In March 2021, Page Six confirmed that the former attorney had lost his license to practice law after being sued for alleged embezzlement of funds in his divorce from Jayne.

In February 2022, a grand jury indicted Girardi.

During a 13-day trial, federal prosecutors charged the disgraced lawyer, alleging that he masterminded a Ponzi scheme from 2010 to 2020.

Prosecutors argued that Girardi would steal funds from his clients’ settlement agreements and use the money to cover his debts.

They also claimed that Girardi stole the money to finance his and Jayne’s luxurious lifestyle.

“Tom Girardi built celebrity status and lured victims by falsely portraying himself as a ‘champion of justice,'” U.S. Attorney Martin Estrada wrote in a Justice Department statement.

“In reality, he was a reverse Robin Hood, stealing from the needy to fund a lavish Hollywood lifestyle. Today’s verdict shows that game is over – we can all now see this defendant for what he was and the victims he callously betrayed.”

Girardi’s public defenders argued that his former chief financial officer Chris Kamon, who was also named as a co-defendant, was responsible for the missing money.

The defendants used Girardi’s Alzheimer’s and dementia diagnoses in March 2021 to argue that he was incapable of committing the crimes he was accused of and that Kamon had used him as a pawn.

Despite Girardi’s condition, he was declared fit to stand trial and denied the charges against him.

“The last thing I would do is take money from someone,” he told prosecutors last week. “I wouldn’t even think about it.”

Girardi also blamed Kamon, calling him “very clever” and denying that he took his clients’ money for his and Jayne’s benefit.

Girardi and Jayne married in 2000.

In November 2020, the Bravolebrity filed for divorce from Girardi, a month before he was accused of cheating.
