Mon Health Medical Center Charity Hosts Annual Fall Mum Sale | Newsroom

Fall is upon us and the Mon Health Medical Center Auxiliary Organization is preparing for the season by hosting its annual Chrysanthemum Sale to support Mon Health Medical Center’s ongoing projects.

As of 2024, the Mon Health Medical Center Auxiliary has served the hospital for 80 years and raises funds to provide additional support and services to hospital staff, patients, and the community. Since its inception, the Auxiliary has raised over $3 million for the hospital.

On Thursday, August 29, the charity will hold its annual fall chrysanthemum sale in the lobby of the Mon Health Medical Center. From 1:00 p.m. until all items are sold out, chrysanthemum pots in sizes 8, 10 and 12 inches will be available for purchase. Themed pots will also be available.

“We are proud to have served the hospital for 80 years and have supported so many incredible projects through fundraisers like this one,” said Chris Battin, president of the Mon Health Medical Center Auxiliary Board. “Our chrysanthemum sale is always one of our most popular fundraisers. We encourage community members to come to this year’s fall chrysanthemum sale and join us in supporting the mission of Mon Health Medical Center.”
