Thursday Flakes: An anniversary, the start of the first week and other things

Last Thursday, my wife and I celebrated our ninth anniversary. I don’t know how she does it or why. I wouldn’t have minded taking her out to a fancy restaurant, but since we really didn’t know what to do with the kid, we did what we thought was fancy. We ordered Old Chicago pizza, drank a bottle of wine, and watched Superstore. If you haven’t seen the show, it’s amazing. I work full time in retail and I can’t help but laugh because I can really relate to so much of this. And more importantly, I can’t say enough about how much I love you, honey.
