Antique market, writing workshop, group run and more!

With school resumption fast approaching, we’ve compiled a list of events so families and friends can enjoy Long Beach’s concerts, movies and summer outdoor events.

Many organizations are canceling their concert and movie screenings in the park, but local residents can still catch a show at LBCC on Friday night and an acoustic performance at Recreation Park’s bandshell on Saturday night. Families can catch classics like “Jumanji,” “A League of Their Own,” “Guardians of the Galaxy III” and “Elemental” in the parks all week.

Other activities include a puppy-human yoga outing on Saturday, an antique market on Sunday and a group run on Tuesday.
