BOONE, NC — Two more App State home games are sold out: Tickets were sold out for the opening game on August 31 against East Tennessee State and the home game on October 26 against Georgia State.

App State announced on May 21 that season tickets for its football game had sold out for the third consecutive year. On June 26, the Liberty game on September 28 was considered sold out.

A limited number of tickets are still available for the Mountaineers’ other three home games this fall – Thursday, Sept. 19 against South Alabama, Nov. 2 against Old Dominion and Nov. 23 against James Madison. Tickets can be purchased at appstatesports.com/tickets.

Starting last week, App State students began receiving the Fall Student Ticket Information email, which includes instructions on how to reserve student tickets for home games. The student ticket portal for each home game opens six days before the game. An email is sent to all students each week to let them know when the portal is open. For the ETSU game, the email will go out at 8 a.m. on Sunday, August 25.

Last season, the Mountaineers moved to 9-5 with a win over Miami (Ohio) in the Cure Bowl. App State fans broke school and Sun Belt attendance records for the third consecutive year at Kidd Brewer Stadium.
