Apple Card continues its success story, taking first place in the US credit card satisfaction study for the fourth time in a row

The Apple Card was launched in 2019 and quickly established itself as one of the best consumer-facing payment cards on the market. Despite a turbulent relationship with partner Goldman Sachs, the JD Power US Credit Card Satisfaction Study has again awarded the credit card the top spot for the fourth year in a row.

The company announced the latest achievement in its official press release, while also mentioning that the Apple Card has no annual fee, making it an attractive highlight for anyone who wants to own one. Plus, the titanium finish of the credit card will catch everyone’s eye, including you, so that’s a plus.

“Apple Card was once again named the best co-branded no annual fee credit card for customer satisfaction in the JD Power 2024 US Credit Card Satisfaction Study. This marks the fourth consecutive year that Apple Card and issuer Goldman Sachs have ranked first in their segment in the US Credit Card Satisfaction Study. The JD Power US Credit Card Satisfaction Study measures overall customer satisfaction based on performance in several categories, including account management, customer service, and new account experience.”

Another seamless feature of the Apple Card is its integration with the Wallet app. The ‌Apple Card‌ also offers up to three percent Daily Cash on purchases, which can be used immediately or saved for future spending. If you need a retirement plan, the Apple Card offers a savings account option that initially offered depositors an annual percentage rate yield (APY) of 4.5 percent.

Unfortunately, this figure has dropped to 4.15 percent, but it is still higher than the competition. The Apple Card will continue to work as long as the partnership with Goldman Sachs remains active. However, since the financial institution has been making losses since entering into the contract with Apple, Apple may need to enter into a new business relationship.
