During an interview with Unfiltered By Samdish on YouTube, the actor was asked about love and he said, “There is romance but somewhere it is better to feel lust than love.” Arshad Warsi backed up this statement by saying that love changes its form but lust does not. He further stated that love will change and move from the wife to the parents, the kids, the dog, the money, the car, etc.
However, when it comes to lust, it stays with the woman you’re with. “That’s why porn stars love each other so much!” he giggled. In the same conversation, he also revealed that he doesn’t watch pornography or read X-rated magazines. “I came from a boarding school. I never watched porn or read those magazines,” he admitted.
Furthermore, the Ishqiya actor revealed that he prefers doing things rather than watching them. Giving an example from his life, Arshad added, “If I like playing cricket, I don’t want to watch. I don’t find it interesting until I do it.” Well, the only thing he likes to watch other people do and do himself is acting.
While speaking to the host, he also shared his views on pay equality in the industry. According to him, overpaid stars should not be paid huge amounts. He said in Hindi, “Mujhe lagta hai itna zyada jo mil raha hai nahin milna chahiye, problem wo hai. I feel that what you get is so much more than what you should get; that’s the problem.)”
He added that he believes that the salaries of some have become so high that a barrier has been created between people. He said that there are some actors who earn a lot of money and others have to suffer to compensate them. In the meantime, he will be seen in Jolly LLB 3 with Akshay Kumar.
