There are few things that are guaranteed in life, but Bella Hadid being a brunette is one of them. At least, that was the case until today. Gigi Hadid is usually the reigning blonde queen within the Hadid family, but Bella is giving her sister a hard time with this new platinum hairstyle. Even we had to do a double take.

The model looks uncannily like the old Hollywood icon in these photos, which show off her new, cropped, bleached locks. You have to see it to believe it:
The hair transformation was done by none other than hair legend Sam McKnight and we are huge fans. The retro platinum blonde locks were paired with super thin 90s eyebrows and sheer makeup by artist queen Isamaya Ffrench. It’s a dream team.
This isn’t the first time Bella has dipped her toe into her sister Gigi’s blonde world. The model tried out the shade back in 2019, but it’s never been this platinum blonde. I mean, it’s so light we almost need sunglasses to look right into it.
Bella joins several other celebs who have recently joined the blonde hair club. Both Megan Fox and Ariana Grande have recently taken the plunge and we have to restrain ourselves from reaching for the bleach.
While we hope it’s not a dream, it’s a shoot for indie magazine CHAOS, so we’re sorry to say the transformation may only be temporary. We hope it’s inspired Bella to keep the new shade.
