Betting odds for Joe Burrows bleached hair in week 1 – Forbes Betting

If you have a NFL future Bettor, you’ve probably been checking out Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow ahead of his return from his season-ending wrist injury last November.

Burrow is one of the favorites Comeback Player of the Yeartied with New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers with odds of +200 on FanDuelHe is also a top NFL MVP Candidate with the third lowest odds on FanDuel (+1000), only behind the quarterback of the Kansas City Chiefs Patrick Mahomes (+600) and Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen (+800).

Burrow’s backers are clearly investing in his health after injuries limited him to just 10 games last year. If the 27-year-old gunslinger stays healthy, the Bengals have a good chance of winning the third-division crown in his fifth season. Cincinnati has the second-lowest odds to win the AFC North (+165) on FanDuel, behind the Baltimore Ravens (+145).

One problem with all of these bets is that you have to wait until early 2025 for them to pay out. However, there is a Burrow-related futures bet you can make on FanDuel that will pay out long before then.

Joe Burrow Week 1 Prop Bet

FanDuel Canada has a special New Release Market for Burrow in Week 1 of the NFL schedule:

Will Joe Burrow have bleached hair in Week 1 against the New England Patriots?

For the “yes” bet to win, Burrows would have to dye all of his hair blonde by 1 p.m. ET on Sunday, September 8, when the Bengals’ season opener against the New England Patriots begins.

We bet on yes, even with Minus oddsfor the following reasons.

Burrow’s explanation for his new hairstyle was that he was “bored.” He also mentioned that he and teammate BJ Hill had made a deal to get dyed-blonde buzz cuts, which inspired the new look.

While Burrow acknowledged that the new hairstyle probably won’t be permanent, he probably won’t have much time before the season starts to get bored and motivate him to change his hair color again.

His current appearance is unlikely to change on its own, at least according to the experts at JohnFrieda.comThey report that bleaching hair “A permanent process that cannot be washed out over time,” adding that bleached hair “does not return to its natural hair color in the same way as other dyes.”

So unless Burrow proactively changes his hair color, his new look won’t go away anytime soon.

Still, the fifth-year quarterback is always good for a surprise. Few would have thought he’d ever be seen at Fashion Week, but earlier this summer he strutted through Paris in a strange-looking backless jacket with former college teammate Justin Jefferson.

The people of Cincinnati will attest that with Burrow, anything is possible.

For those in Canada using FanDuel, the bet is to wager that Burrows’ hair will look similar when the season begins. Smart bettors should place their bet now, as the odds will likely change unfavorably as Week 1 approaches.
