A man suffering from scalp bleeding following a hair transplant was arrested after refusing to leave the plane.

Euginio Ernesto Hernandez-Garnier and his companion Yusleydis Blanca Loyola were asked to leave the plane at Miami airport on Tuesday, local media reported.

Staff said they were concerned about the condition of his head and possible contamination from bodily fluids.

However, the 27-year-old said he did not have a fresh plaster to treat the wound.

The couple refused to leave the plane and Yusleydis told the crew: “If we can’t fly, no one else can either.”

She even began live streaming the incident on TikTok before they were handcuffed and escorted off the American Airlines plane.

Other passengers had to get off because of the commotion, local10news reported.

The couple is now charged with trespassing and resisting state authority.
