Bobbi Althoff and her husband Cory have reached an agreement regarding their divorce.
TMZ reported on Friday that they had clarified further details of their split in a new filing the previous day.
Bobbi and Cory have agreed to forgo spousal support and share custody of their two children. All they need to do is get the paperwork signed by the judge and they’re on their way to finalizing their divorce.
It took almost six months for the ex-partners to agree on the terms of a settlement.
Corey filed for divorce in February. In documents obtained by TMZ, he listed the separation date as July 4, 2023.
This came months after 26-year-old Bobbi denied having an affair with Drake.

In August 2023 – a month after publishing an interview with Drake that showed the two in bed together – Bobbi ended speculation that she and Drake had been in a romantic relationship.
In a private message to Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy, she denied all rumors and later shared the conversation on his own Instagram account.
The news between the two was shared after a clip from Portnoy’s podcast in which he talks about a conversation with Bobbi was shared on social media – the clip had been edited to further fuel rumors of an affair between the podcast host and the rapper.
In his direct message to Bobbi, Portnoy asked her directly if she had been intimate with Drake and was planning to divorce her husband. He wrote: “My friend said you slept with Drake and were getting a divorce. I say that’s not true.”
Bobbi replied, “I don’t comment on this publicly, but unofficially you are right that that is not true.”
The conversation ended with Portnoy adding: “I knew I was right.”
The Barstool founder discussed this conversation in his BFFs podcast – although the clip was edited for social media purposes to make it sound “spicier” than it was.
She denied having an affair with Drake, and sources told TMZ that the artist had nothing to do with the couple’s split.
Insiders also told the entertainment channel that the Grammy winner was no longer on good terms with the media star towards the end of last summer and that their friendship was in crisis.
After the viral podcast interview, Bobbi stayed in touch with Drake and he later invited her to one of his concerts in Los Angeles in August. The next day, she recorded the podcast interview with the rapper.
Sources told TMZ that the God’s Plan hitmaker only gave her general admission tickets and not VIP tickets – which reportedly left the media influencer “furious.”
Last August – a month after sharing an interview with Drake that showed the two in bed together – Bobbi shut down speculation that she and Drake were in a romantic relationship.

In another now-deleted clip, Bobbi uploaded a video of herself standing on the floor of the venue with a delighted expression on her face.
Sources added that she was reportedly upset about being given general admission only and that she attempted to go backstage at one point during the concert but was prevented from doing so by security personnel.
Insiders subsequently told TMZ that the singer’s team asked Bobbi to remove both the concert video and the viral interview. Amid the alleged drama, the two also unfollowed each other on Instagram.
Sources told the outlet that the two are not discussing whether Althoff and the rapper – whose full name is Aubrey Drake Graham – have resolved the alleged dispute.
However, when Bobbi recently appeared on Keke Palmer’s podcast, she claimed she had spoken to the star about a month earlier.
She also added that he was “a very nice person” and thanked the rapper for “changing the course” of her life.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ on Wednesday, her estranged husband Cory cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for ending his four-year marriage to the podcast host.
He is applying for joint custody and residence rights for their two daughters, one-year-old Isla and three-year-old Luca.
Sources added that she was reportedly upset about only being given general admission and at one point during the concert attempted to go backstage, but was prevented from doing so by security personnel.
Also on Wednesday, the media personality broke her silence on her main Instagram page after Cory filed for divorce.
She uploaded a black and white photo of the couple taken in the past and wrote to her fans and followers: “As most of you have heard, Cory and I have filed for divorce.”
“As sad as I am right now, I am so grateful for the time I got to spend as his wife. Our girls are so lucky to have him as a father and I am so lucky to be able to co-parent with such an incredible father and human being.”
Bobbi added: “Even though our relationship as husband and wife didn’t work out, we will always be friends and I will always love him.”
