Veteran filmmaker Boney Kapoor has always been a loving husband to Sridevi. He is also very active on social media and shares glimpses of his personal and professional endeavors. Recently, Kapoor posted a photo with the art of her ‘jaan’ and called her his ‘inspiration’ for his physical transformation.
Noted producer Boney Kapoor has been paying a lot of attention to his health and looks of late. As proof of this, he recently posted a stunning photo of himself in a blue t-shirt and matching sunglasses. In the photo, he is seen against the backdrop of his wife Sridevi’s art and revealed that he has lost 14 kg and his hair is getting thicker.
He wrote: “My hair is getting thicker, I look better, I have lost 14 kilos and I still have 8 kilos to lose. My inspiration is my Jaan, her art is behind me, her thoughts are always with me, she stays with me all the time.”

A few minutes after the post was shared, Boney’s brother Sanjay Kapoor reacted to it by saying “proud of you” and his son Arjun Kapoor hit “like” on it.
In addition, several fans also reacted to the post. One user wrote, “She would be so proud. She pushes you from the other side to do your best,” while another fan commented, “Wow that’s amazing and cool.” In addition, several fans left red heart and heart-eye emojis in the comments section.
In an interview with Connect FM Canada, Boney Kapoor talked about his health routine and revealed that he has lost 30-35 pounds in the last six to eight months. He admitted to eating healthy and getting enough sleep.
“I take care of my health. My children worry about me more than I do and they make sure I take care of my health,” he said.
Just a few days ago, on August 13, Kapoor shared a portrait on Instagram to remember his late wife and actress Sridevi on her 61st birthday. The photo appeared to be from their 2012 comedy-drama series English Vinglish. He wrote, “Happy birthday my Jaan.”
