This price is for a two-year lease on the brand new Nissan Leaf in top-of-the-range Tekna specification, offered by Milease Nissan through Carwow. The offer includes a deposit of just £1,906, followed by monthly payments of just £136.

The deal includes the standard annual mileage allowance of 5,000 miles per year – plenty for anyone who lives in the city or has a short commute – but increasing the limit to 8,000 miles costs an extra £8 per month. You can even increase the annual allowance to 10,000 miles and still pay less than £150 per month.

Standard features on the Tekna trim include an 8-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, a premium Bose sound system, heated front and rear seats, a heated leather steering wheel and full LED headlights. There are also numerous safety features such as a 360-degree parking camera and Nissan’s ProPilot driver assistance system, which combines adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning and traffic jam assist.

This particular Nissan Leaf offers a range of up to 270 kilometers with its 39 kWh battery. The single electric motor driving the front wheels is quick to respond and delivers its 148 hp and 320 Nm of torque. There’s also an “e-pedal” function that allows one-pedal driving in the city, and the spacious 435-liter trunk is 50 liters larger than that of a Volkswagen ID.3.

However, it’s worth noting that the Leaf only has a maximum charging speed of 50kW, while its rivals can reach between 100 and 200kW, so a 20-80 percent charge on the Nissan takes an hour. It uses the outdated CHAdeMO charging socket, as opposed to the much more common CCS type used by all electric cars today.

Our selection of daily deals comes from our parent company Carwow’s website. Prices and offers are subject to change and terms and conditions apply.
