Cendyn launches product learning center to drive commercial success for hoteliers

Boca Raton, Florida – Cendyn, a global integrated hotel technology and services company, unveiled its new Learning Center designed to increase hotels’ product knowledge of Cendyn solutions to improve their business performance.

The Cendyn Learning Center provides educational resources and training programs to its over 32,000 hotel customers worldwide and is accessible through Cendyn’s Knowledge Cloud. It offers a range of product-specific training courses. The courses are designed to improve users’ skills in using Cendyn’s extensive range of products and promote improved performance in the workplace.

With 17 comprehensive, readily available curricula, hotel professionals gain confidence in all Cendyn solutions to support the hotel’s commercial goals. In simple, practical steps, hoteliers can develop a digital guest journey to find guests, drive bookings and increase revenue.

Each user can personalize their learning experience by selecting products and related topics that interest them. A customized dashboard on the Learning Center home page provides an overview of ongoing and completed learning content, as well as easy access to a training playlist that can be marked private or shared with other users.
