Daredevil: Reborn Actor Charlie Cox reflects on his return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe in She-Hulk: LawyerMatt Murdock has been slowly returning to the MCU since late 2021, when he made his first cameo appearance in Spider-Man: No way home. Yes, they flew me to Los Angeles for a fitting and I went to the place where they make the costumes. They put me in a room and said, “They’ll be right with you. They’re finishing something up.”

So I walked into this room by myself and on the wall was the drawing of the red and gold (costume). I was like, “Oh man, that’s so cool.” That was the first time I saw it and I was like, “Shit, that’s so cool.” Because at that point I was a fan and it was really cool to be able to play with the red and gold.

One of the reasons he’s in Los Angeles is because he has a guy there who makes his suits. I remember we came up with something, but with She-Hulk it was obviously about not wanting to attach too much backstory to it in case it might complicate things later. A lot of it was, “Time has passed, life is good. He wanted a new look, he’s in LA, and what happens in LA stays in LA.”

Both Tatiana Maslany (who played Jennifer) and Cox have spoken about wanting to work together again, which raises the question of whether the two heroes will Daredevil: Reborn.

However, since the second season of Daredevil: Born Again has already been given the green light, there is still a possibility that Maslany will reprise the role.

She-Hulk: Lawyer Season 2 may not happen, but that doesn’t mean Jennifer’s time in the MCU has to be over. Right now, there’s no sign of She-Hulk being in Daredevil: Reborn Season 1, unless Marvel went to extreme measures to hide a cameo. since Daredevil: Reborn Season 2 has already been given the green lightit is still possible that Maslany will take on the role again.

Daredevil: Reborn Season 2 could also be used as a fun way to explore a more mature version of the She-Hulk character, as her solo show was heavily pitched as a comedic legal drama. Given their strong chemistry it would be a shame if Daredevil: Reborn Maslany and Cox were not seen together again in a way. For now, however, time will tell whether there will be overlaps between Daredevil: Reborn And She-Hulk: Lawyer.
