Christina Hall joked about her “cheaper and safer” alternative to a husband after a holiday with her children.
Christina’s tropical vacation came weeks after her divorce from estranged husband Josh Hall. After returning home, Christina shared a video of her large suitcase at the bottom of her stairs on her Instagram Story.
“If you need a man to do the heavy lifting for you,” she wrote, then added, “Basically just a really strong assistant. Cheaper and safer option,” including a winking emoji.
Shortly afterwards, Christina shared a video of herself having a tattoo removed from her wedding ring finger.

Christina and Josh filed their own divorce petitions in July, both citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for dissolving their marriage. Josh filed for spousal support and asked the court to strip Christina of her right to spousal support from him. Christina, meanwhile, filed for both of them to be stripped of their right to spousal support.
“I prefer privacy, especially during something as life-changing as a divorce that I did not want,” Josh wrote on Instagram after the divorce news broke. “I will not publicly diss anyone as people have families, friends and others that respect and love them. Unfortunately, the internet is forever.”
“We are real people, this is our life and I am not here to entertain people I don’t know with my private affairs. These details will be dealt with fairly in due course behind closed doors with our respective legal advisors. Anyone who knows each of us knows who we are.”

Christina has since accused Josh of transferring $35,000 from her bank account to his personal account just one day after the filing.
“I would not have asked him to send me my money the day after I told him we were getting a divorce,” Christina said in the documents.

“I understand that this court may at some point require me to pay Josh spousal support and reasonable attorney fees to his attorney,” she explained. “However, I believe this is a simple case with straightforward billing over a short period of time, so fees and costs should be minimal.”
“Like all hard-working mothers, my life revolves around my children and my work. I assume that Josh has his own income and therefore does not need spousal support from me.”

Christina and Josh secretly married in 2021 and later held an official ceremony in Hawaii. The couple had planned to appear together on the upcoming show “The Flip Off,” which will feature Christina’s ex-husband Tarek El Moussa and his wife Heather Rae El Moussa.
Christina was married to Tarek from 2009 to 2018. The former couple has two children together, daughter Taylor and son Brayden.
Before Christina married Josh in 2021, she finalized her divorce from her second husband, Ant Anstead. Christina and Anstead married in 2018 and have a son together.
