The third edition of the Glen Ridge Police Department’s Cop Trading Card program is officially live. There are 30 trading cards and if you collect them all, you can win prizes.
The Cop Trading Card program aims to build community trust and engagement by allowing citizens to learn more about local officers, their roles and accomplishments. The cards encourage positive interactions and reinforce a sense of connection between the police and the community.
Through this program, community members, especially the youth of Glen Ridge, are encouraged to collect all 30 cards so they can get to know each Glen Ridge officer. To receive a collectible card, ask officers for their cards when you see them in the field or come to headquarters to request cards from officers in the field.
The first 10 residents ages 17 or younger to collect all 30 cards will receive prizes. Prizes include a Ticketmaster gift card, club seats to a 2024-2025 NJ Devils game, Amazon gift cards, Stanley trophies, GRPD swag and more! Once participants have collected all 30 cards, they can contact Detective Sergeant Manley, Sergeant Romaine or Detective Caruso at 973-748-5400 to collect their prize!
