Toronto, Ontario — On Tuesday, PPG announced a partnership with software company Flashback Forward Inc. to develop FinalQC, a mobile quality control application designed to increase efficiency in the collision repair industry.
Specifically, the application aims to provide the collision repair industry with features such as import of repair data directly from select estimating and/or management systems, the ability to electronically accept or reject a repair, line-by-line audit applications, QSI reports, before and after photo cataloging, and others.
According to a recent press release from Tom Maziarz, PPG Vice President, Americas, Automotive Refinish, “This collaboration aims to transform the way body shops operate, improving quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.”
“FinalQC standardizes quality inspection and enables body shops to perform consistent, high-quality repairs while minimizing errors and rework,” Maziarz continued.
