Digital Trump Trading Cards: 50 cards released in the “America First” collection include Trump’s dance and debate suit

Donald Trump has launched a new collection of digital trading cards as he struggles to keep up with fundraising for his rival Kamala Harris’ campaign.

Trump announced the “very exciting news” in a video on Truth Social on Tuesday, saying the tickets would be available again “due to popular demand.” The tickets cost a whopping $99 each.

The “America First” collection includes 50 images of Trump dancing and wearing what appears to be a fake Ironman suit with the Bitcoin logo. Trump has previously courted the political support of cryptocurrency traders.

“You know, they call me the crypto president. I don’t know if that’s true or not, but a lot of people say that,” Trump said in the video.

The Republican presidential candidate also claimed he was doing “great things for my digital Trump card collectors,” pointing out that if you buy 15 or more digital cards, you get a physical card.

Trump said each of the physical cards contained an actual piece of the suit he wore at the presidential debate.

“People call it the ‘knock-out suit’ – I don’t know if that’s true – but that’s what they call it,” Trump said.

President Joe Biden’s disastrous performance against Trump in the US debate on June 27 ultimately led him to withdraw as the Democratic candidate and endorse Harris on July 21.

Trump added that he would “randomly sign” five of the physical cards, calling them “true collector’s items.”

“This is something you can give to your family, your children and your grandchildren,” he said.

Trump said those who buy 75 digital cards will receive an invitation to a “gala dinner” at his country club in Jupiter, Florida. That number of cards would cost a collector $7,425.

The former president said the cards allowed supporters to “collect a piece of American history.”

Trump was mocked on X for touting another batch of these digital cards. One X user commented: “Will Donald Trump ever stop scamming his supporters? He’s selling these worthless trading cards again.”

Earlier versions of the cards feature images of Trump posing with a lion wearing a crown with the number 45, the former president as the King of Hearts on the playing card grilling hot dogs with a dog sitting next to him, and one card features Trump as George Washington.

“Latest presidential candidate scam: Trump is urging fans to get a piece of his stunning debate suit – seriously – along with digital trading cards,” added journalist Carla Marinucci.

Media commentator Mike Sington said Trump had “started selling digital trading cards again” because he “desperately needed money.”
