Paramount+ has released an official trailer for a documentary series called Nöthin’ But a Good Time: The uncensored history of 80s hair metalwhich almost sounds like the title of a fake documentary, like Popstar: Never stop, never stop. The three-part documentary is a look back at the hair metal era of the 1980s by Donkey Directed by Jeff Tremaine. Follow the madness and ambition of the wild, excessive ’80s hard rock scene that thrilled entire generations. Uncensored, behind-the-scenes look at the influence of an iconic musical era on culture through candid insights from renowned rock journalists. Featuring Bret Michaels, Stephen Pearcy, Nuno Bettencourt, Dave “Snake” Sabo and Riki Rachtman as well as Corey Taylor and Steve-O, to name a few. Bands also mentioned include 🎸 Poison, Dokken, Def Leppard, Vixen, Quiet Riot, Skid Row, Guns n’ Roses, Great White, Kix and others. Nothing but a good time will stream on Paramount+ this fall.
