That’s why many shoppers rely on trusted brands like Gimme, whose accessories are designed to suit your specific hair type, whether fine, medium, thick, curly, wavy, or straight. The brand recently launched at Target and is available on Amazon, but shoppers on TikTok say Dollar Tree sells Gimme products much cheaper.

In recent months, Dollar Tree has exploded on TikTok after shoppers discovered makeup products from popular brands like Covergirl, Maybelline, and Stila in discreet packaging for just $1.25 each. And now, Dollar Tree’s hair accessories department seems to be making its grand entrance on social media.
TikTokers @drab.zu.verträumt was one of the first users to discover the Gimme brand at the discount store.
“I just took a quick walk through (Dollar Tree) and wanted to show you some hair accessories they have from a very big, expensive brand.” She teased her followers in a clip.
“They have a ton of Gimme Beauty hair ties…these ones have little grips on them, which is super cool,” she continued, referring to Gimme’s Extra Grip hair ties.
The black elastic bands feature silicone grip pads that keep hair in place, especially when exercising. Their design also helps prevent hair from snagging, denting, and breaking. A six-pack of Gimme Extra Grip hair bands costs $12 on Amazon and $8 at Target, but Dollar Tree sells them for just $1.25.
Dollar Tree also sells a wide variety of Gimme hair clips that come in a variety of shapes, sizes, and colors—including clips specifically designed for thicker hair. Online, Gimme hair clips range from $15 to $20…or you can stop by Dollar Tree and buy 10 packs of hair clips for about the same price.
“They always have Gimme Beauty (accessories) and you can buy them on Amazon for a fortune,” echoed @drab.to.dreamy, urging shoppers to stock up at Dollar Tree before it’s too late.
In another video, a TikToker said They were “shocked” to find Gimme hair accessories at Dollar Tree after buying “the exact same ones” at Target two months earlier for six times the price.
“I don’t know who needs to hear this, but Dollar Tree sells Gimme Beauty,” TikToker said @heathermillee“I was shocked. I thought it was a fake. I thought it was a fake brand.”
Meanwhile TikToker @findmeattarget came across hairpins for medium length hair from Gimme Extra Grip with secure hold for only $1.25 at their Dollar Tree. At other retailers like Walmart, Gimme bobby pins typically cost $4.
