The 6 God placed a $450,000 bet in hopes that “Last Stylebender” Israel Adesanya would score a win over UFC Middleweight Champion Dricus du Plessis. The fight was the main event, and unfortunately for Drake, Adesanya was knocked out after a brutal choke submission.
Many Drake haters who follow his losses probably know how often he loses in the world of gambling. Drake lost a bet on Israel Adesanya during his last UFC fight against Alex Pereira. Adesanya was knocked out just minutes before the end of the fight.
However, Drake was later able to recoup some of his losses by betting $400,000 that Adesanya would knock out Pereira in the rematch, which proved to be a winning bet.
Sports betting has its ups and downs, but we think Drake can afford it. To be honest, that’s not a lot of play money for him.
