Drake has once again surprised the music world with his latest content drop, offering fans an insight into his creative process at the legendary Abbey Road Studios through 100GB of unreleased content.
Available on the newly launched website 100gigs.org, this treasure trove includes unreleased tracks, demos and exclusive behind-the-scenes footage. It also marks the Canadian rapper’s first major release following his ongoing feud with Kendrick Lamar.
The pair have been exchanging diss tracks over the past few months, with Drake only appearing on tracks like Snowd4ys. Wag Gwan Delilah and Gordo’s Sideways During this time.
With the new release, fans now have 100GB of new material to explore. Highlights of Drake’s latest release include three brand new songs: The time has comewith the dynamic duo Young Thug and 21 Savage, Housekeeping whitea collaboration with rapper Latto of Bitch From Da Souf and a new Drake track titled Blue Green Red.
In addition to the music, fans can also experience intimate studio sessions from the legendary Abbey Road Studios as well as Barbados, as well as a variety of previously unreleased video content. In a moment that embodies the chaos behind the scenes of music production, we see Drake’s producer Noah “40” Shebib working on tracks at Abbey Road before accidentally turning off the power to the Pro Tools audio interface.
In short, it is a lot of footage for a lot of stuff. Drake and his label OVO Sound also shared screenshots of the site on their social media channels and invited fans to browse the media dump.
