Drake University School of Law welcomes Annie Reser-Moorehead as new director of the Office of Career Development

Drake University Law School is pleased to announce the appointment of Annie Reser-Moorehead as the new Director of the Career Development Office (CDO). A 2019 graduate of Drake Law School, Annie brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to leading the next generation of legal professionals.

While studying at Drake Law University, Annie was actively involved in the Drake Law Review, the Moot Court Board, Drake Law Women, the Drake Association for Child Advocacy, the C. Edwin Moore Inn of Court, and served as a research assistant for Professor Keith Miller.

Annie comes to Drake Law School from Whitfield & Eddy, where she practiced law in the Estates, Wills and Trusts, Real Estate, and Litigation practice groups. Her previous experience includes serving as a law clerk to Judges Gina Badding and Michael Mullins on the Iowa Court of Appeals and as a law clerk on the same court. Annie also worked at Bradshaw, Fowler, Proctor and Fairgrave, now known as Dickinson Bradshaw, in Des Moines.

In her new role as CDO Director, Annie will provide vital support to students throughout the job search process and offer career programs to assist them in their future career decisions. She will also play a key role in managing internships and leading the school’s mentoring program.

“I am happy to be back on campus and look forward to engaging with the Drake Law community,” said Annie.
