Duchess Sophie presents her new hair and the coolest beach bag ever

The Duchess of Edinburgh looked stunning as she arrived at Guernsey Harbour on Monday to join crew on board Ocean Youth Trust South’s vessel Prolific during the royal visit to Guernsey.

The royal, who is married to Prince Edward, looked in great spirits and wowed onlookers in her casual boating outfit, which consisted of shorts, a polo shirt, a cagoule jacket and espadrilles. But did you spot her super cool beach bag?

On the front was a map of Mykonos, Greece, and the bag was in pastel colors and had bamboo handles. The bag is sadly no longer made, but the brand is loved by the royal family, including Queen Camilla, so you’d be in great company if you wanted to invest in one of their products.

We also really liked the Queen’s hairstyle, which seemed to have had a bit of an overhaul! Sophie, 59, often wears her famous blonde mane slightly wavy when she wears it down, or up in a sleek bun. But when she arrived in Guernsey, the mother of Lady Louise Windsor and James, the Earl of Wessex, had her mane straight and slightly curled at the ends. Stunning!

Sophie looked fabulous when she arrived in Guernsey

We spotted Sophie on a night out at the theatre last week. She looked beautiful and glamorous alongside her husband Edward, rocking a Spanish outfit as she attended a special performance of Starlight Express in aid of the Orpheus Centre at the Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre.

Her dress was by Matelier and made from a luxurious patterned satin fabric. Known as the ‘Gelato’ dress, it was a real showstopper.

Sophie, the fashion icon

The Duchess’s fashion choices are noticed by many, but she herself remains very modest about her role as a style icon.

The Duchess always looks so stylish

At a fashion event in 2018, she was asked about her style and remarked: “I can’t say that my track record in fashion has always been as good as it is today, but you learn as you go.”

We have to say that we disagree, Sophie always gets to the point!
