Buffalo Bills

We start with the Bills and the quarterback.

Allen is arguably the best dynasty quarterback in the league and has the edge because of his running ability. Entering this season, Allen doesn’t have the best offensive weapons around him, but as time goes on, the organization will eventually surround him with talent again. I would take Mahomes first because I think he will stay in the league longer than Allen, but Allen offers more fantasy value for at least the next few years.

and are two dynasty options in the Buffalo backfield.

Cook is a top-15 option on most dynasty rankings. He’s only 24 years old and seemingly has several productive seasons left in him. Cook will always be considered a fantasy player because of Allen’s running ability, but this could add a few years to Cook’s NFL career.

Davis was selected in the fourth round by the Bills this past offseason. He gives the team another good option if Cook is out, but I don’t expect him to play a big offensive role unless Cook is out. Davis is still worth a spot on dynasties’ rosters because he’s the No. 2 option behind a workhorse running back.

Buffalo has revamped its wide receiver room and now there aren’t many good options left for the dynasty. and are the best options right now.

Coleman has the most potential as a 21-year-old rookie. The second-round pick could become Allen’s first choice, which could obviously make Coleman a very productive fantasy player in the coming years. He’s definitely worth keeping for at least the upcoming season.

Shakir is a holdover from previous Buffalo teams. He has shown strong play but has lagged and never emerged as a weekly fantasy threat. Shakir has that chance in 2024 and could shoot up the dynasty rosters with a great season.

is one of the better dynasty tight ends in the game. Most people rank him behind only , and , but I would argue he’s second only to LaPorta. The 24-year-old Kincaid should be a hot commodity in dynasty leagues and could be a top-five fantasy TE for years to come.

Miami Dolphins

The Dolphins also have several good options for a dynasty, but not at the level of the Bills.

is a middling dynasty option right now. He has a good chance of being part of the Dolphins offense every season and is on a new four-year deal, so he’ll be around for a while. But because of past injury concerns and because he’s 26, he’s usually ranked 15th on dynasty lists. He’s a guy I’m happy to target later in a dynasty startup or in a trade, especially if he can be your second fantasy QB option.

In the dynasty leagues, there are a few Miami backs to consider. is the highest ranked, while and are lower level options.

Achane showed incredible potential in his rookie season, but has also caused injury concerns for fantasy owners over time. If he stays healthy, Achane has a chance to be a top-five fantasy back, but I’m not sold on him and would rather not spend an early pick or pay a ton of money in a trade to get him on the roster.

Mostert and Wright are pretty close on most dynasty lists, but Wright should overtake Mostert over time. Mostert is 32 but showed last season that he still has plenty left in the tank. He’s an option for contending dynasty teams but should be traded otherwise. Wright is a lottery ticket to bet on. He should be RB2 at worst in Miami after the team parts ways with Mostert and has tons of potential if Achane can’t stay on the field.

and are two good wide receiver options for the dynasty.

Hill is still a top-10 option despite being 30 years old. His speed is hard to beat and he seemingly has several big seasons left in him. Contending teams would benefit the most from having him on their roster, while he would likely fetch a fortune for rebuilding teams that are several years away from the title chase.

Often a top-15 dynasty receiver, Waddle is only 25. He’s in Hill’s shadow, but has performed well in every NFL season he’s played in. Even as the No. 2 on his own team, Waddle is putting up great numbers and should remain a solid starting option for several more seasons.

The Dolphins don’t have a lot of talent on the tight end position. Look elsewhere for reinforcements.

New York Jets

The Jets have a mix of experienced talent and aging veterans.

The quarterback is obviously a veteran. At 40 years old, he doesn’t have much left in the tank and is recovering from a serious injury. He could be added to the roster and used in big dynasties or two-QB setups, but should only be used by competitive teams.

is one of the best dynasty backs in the game. He’s 23 years old and probably only the worst among dynasty RBs. He could overtake Robinson if the Jets find a good quarterback after Rodgers, but regardless of who comes in at QB, Hall seems like a fantasy option for a long time to come.

and those are all names to keep an eye on in case Hall suffers another serious injury. Allen is the one I would target and keep in reserve this season.

is the only great dynasty option in New York’s WR room right now. and are options for depth, but not high-end guys right now.

Wilson is a top-10 dynasty wideout and could climb up that list if the Jets find a quarterback after Rodgers. He’s only 24 and should be a star in the NFL over the next few seasons.

Williams has had an injury-plagued career, but at 29, he still has a few good seasons left if he stays healthy. Corley is a rookie and could become Wilson’s No. 2 option in time. If possible, definitely sign the 22-year-old Corley.

The Jets are another team without a good dynasty tight end. He can be used by contending teams, but at 29 years old, he won’t be a fantasy asset for much longer.

New England Patriots

New England has added a lot of young talent to its team in recent seasons, the biggest name being the quarterback.

Maye may not start the entire season, but as a top draft pick and at just 22 years old, Maye is definitely the better option for the dynasty. Maye could shoot high up the dynasty rankings with a great rookie season and definitely needs to be on the roster for all dynasties.

and are OK for dynasty but not elite because they’re both 26. Stevenson has shown some good things in his career, but injury concerns have now put him at No. 20 on most lists. Gibson has been slacking off a bit after a great start to his career. If the Pats struggle this season (which will most likely happen), expect the organization to spend some draft capital on the position soon.

and are three decent dynasty options for the wide receiver position. is an option for depth due to his age.

Polk was drafted in the second round last year, so he has the most potential. The Patriots need a No. 1 receiver who can step up, and he probably has the best chance to do that. Keep an eye on him this season and hope he and Maye develop an elite connection at some point.

Douglas had a solid rookie season, but with the addition of some of the talent around him, his dynasty reputation has been tarnished. He could be the team’s best receiver this season and form a strong one-two with Polk in the years to come.

Baker is another fourth round draft pick from this offseason. I expect him to see a lot of action this season and hope he can carve out a role for himself in the years to come.

The most outstanding of the three young receivers will be the highest-ranked player on the dynasty lists in 2025.

Bourne is a starting option for contending teams, but otherwise probably doesn’t have much dynasty value.

There aren’t any great dynasty options on the Patriots’ roster either. is a starting option here and there for contending teams, while the seventh-round rookie is a player to keep an eye on.
