The Riverhead Free Library is offering a free English class for beginners starting Thursday, September 5. Led by a certified teacher, the class is designed to help participants gain confidence in speaking, reading and understanding English. The goal of the class is to expand vocabulary and improve pronunciation. The class provides a welcoming and supportive environment for adults who are just starting out or want to improve their language skills.
The main details of the event are as follows:
– Classes start at 4:30 p.m. and end at 7:30 p.m.
– Interested adults are asked to visit the library and complete a registration form before September 3 to secure a spot.
– The lessons are completely free.
A Spanish version of the course is also available. Registration for this course must also be done in person at the Riverhead Library before September 3.
