Erie County Health Department/Erie County Community Health Center Hires Therapists

The Erie County Health Department/Community Health Center has announced the addition of Jennifer Miller to its mental health team, according to a press release.

Miller is a therapist with over 30 years of experience working with children, adults and families in individual and group sessions, the press release said.

She works with patients at the Erie County Community Health Center, Kaptur-Rogowski House, and Erie County Detox.

“Jennifer’s expertise and compassion will be invaluable to our community and we are excited to welcome her to our behavioral and mental health team,” Erie County Health Officer Peter Schade said in the release. “With Jennifer on board, we are taking another important step toward providing comprehensive health care that addresses the holistic well-being of our residents.”

“Jennifer takes a holistic approach to therapy, focusing on the connections between physical, mental and social well-being. She believes that by focusing on the whole person and coordinating treatment with other important services such as primary care, dental care and social supports, people can build a stronger foundation for their overall health and happiness.”
