Created by RascalArt on Nexus Mods, In flesh and blood allows players to “immerse themselves in madness” by exploring a “horror-inspired dungeon” with unique enemies and terrors.

The second mod in the Antagonist Quest mod series, you venture into a secret institute facility to confront the evil that lurks there.

The macabre setting is inspired not only by Resident Evil, but also by Lovecraft and Dead Space.

Located just north of the Dunwich Borers Fallout 4′s Map: The dungeon is guaranteed to scare you, as the modder recommends that you go there alone (leave companions outside), turn off all Pip-Boy lights, and turn up the music.

On your journey, you will encounter some specially crafted creatures, including zombie walkers, feral ghouls, and horror ghouls, who are the same level as the player, so expect some challenges.
