Procedure: In a clean, sanitized beaker, add RO water and start mixing at RT using an overhead mixer. To do this, add ingredients A one at a time and stir continuously until completely dissolved. Once dissolved, start heating to 70-75°C while stirring. In a separate beaker, add ingredients B and start heating to 70-75°C.°C, stirring constantly to avoid burning the mixture. Once both phases are between 70-75°Transfer C, B into A while stirring rapidly and keep the temperature at 75-80 °C.°C for 5 min. Reduce the mixing speed to medium and begin cooling (without using ice packs) to 45°C. At 45°Add C, C and then D while stirring constantly. Continue cooling to 35°C. At 35°Add C, E ingredients one at a time and continue stirring until everything has dissolved. Allow to cool to 30°Add C and F. Continue stirring for 15 minutes at the lowest speed until completely homogeneous. Add G ingredients and continue stirring until the temperature reaches 25 °C. Check pH and viscosity.
