It has become a tradition that we get free gifts every time a HoYoverse game wins prizes. Does this feel a bit like we are rigging things in your favor? Yes. After all, we have to guarantee that we will see our new favorite character in the latest banners. Well, today is your lucky day because Genshin Influence has won even more awards and you have won a free pack of Primogems in return.
Not only is Genshin Impact one of the best open-world games out right now, but it’s also the proud winner of Gamescom’s Best Mobile Game award this year. It’s not hard to see why, either, as it can show off its gorgeous graphics, expansive world, and expressive combat on mobile with ease.
In exchange for Genshin Impact taking home the trophy, HoYoverse is giving you 1,000 Primals for free. All you need to do is log in every day from Monday, August 26th to Friday, August 30th to receive 200 Primals via in-game mail each day. If you miss a day, you’re missing out, so do your daily tasks and check your emails as normal, and you’ll receive a small boost to your bank account. While it would be annoying to miss a day, don’t forget that emails expire after 30 days, so any unclaimed Primals from this event will also be removed if you forget to open your emails.
What you may have noticed is that this isn’t the usual 1,600 Primogems that HoYoverse often gives out for promotional events and rewards. Unfortunately, this isn’t a typo. We’re only getting 1,000 Primogems here, which isn’t quite enough for ten free pulls on a banner. There’s nothing wrong with free, though, especially since Genshin Impact 5.0 releases on Wednesday, August 28, bringing with it brand new characters to add to your roster.
