We’re working hard to complete our in-depth review of Google’s new Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro XL smartphones, all three of which are powered by the search giant’s custom Tensor G4 processor. We’ll be publishing our analysis shortly, complete with plenty of benchmarks and sample photos. In the meantime, if you’ve already decided to buy a Pixel 9 handset as your next smartphone, there are some deals to be had.
The Pixel 9 Pro XL is the top model in the Pixel 9 family. It features a 6.8-inch display with a resolution of 2992 x 1344, 16 GB of RAM and up to 1 TB of storage. For camera work, it is equipped with a 42 MP front camera and a triple rear camera consisting of a 50 MP main sensor, a 48 MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 48 MP telephoto lens.
Both the Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 are also available with a gift card bonus. In terms of specs, the Pixel 9 Pro is almost identical to the XL variant, but it has a smaller 6.3-inch display with a 2856 x 1280 resolution and a 4,700mAh battery (versus 5,060mAh on the XL). The regular Pixel 9, meanwhile, offers a 6.3-inch display with a 2424 x 1080 resolution, forgoes the 48MP telephoto lens, and uses a 10.5MP front-facing camera instead of a 42MP one.
Not all capacity options come with a gift card. Here are the Pixel deals that are available…
JBL’s Tune Buds are wireless earbuds with 10mm drivers. They feature active noise cancellation (ANC) to block out ambient noise, an Ambient Aware mode if you want to hear your surroundings better, a four-microphone setup, and up to 48 hours of battery life (12 hours plus an additional 36 hours via the included charging case). JBL says you can expect up to 10 hours of listening time with ANC turned on, plus an additional 30 hours via the charging case.
