The Broncos hope they’ve found in rookie first-round pick Bo Nix what the Packers have in Love: a young, up-and-coming quarterback who can solidify the position for a decade. Denver hasn’t had much success on that front since Peyton Manning led the franchise to the Super Bowl in 2015, most recently in a failed high-profile deal involving Russell Wilson. But with Nix, coach Sean Payton has a young quarterback he can develop while leaning on Javonte Williams and a power run game to move the chains.
