LIBERTY TOWNSHIP, Ohio – HD Growth Partners was recently named one of Ohio’s Best Places to Work for 2024.
The company ranked fourth among small and midsize companies on the annual list compiled by Crain’s Cleveland Business in collaboration with Workforce Research Group.
HD Growth Partners was also recognized for its excellence in human resources, taking first place in the employee experience and retention category.

To be considered for the Best Places to Work in Ohio award, companies had to complete a two-part survey process. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience.
