Living with roommates often means that boundaries must be set. But what happens when those boundaries are repeatedly violated by a roommate’s guest?

An annoyed tenant discovered that his roommate’s girlfriend exceeded her authority far too often.

Read the story to find out all the details!

I am renting a room to a boy named AJ. He is 31. He is dating Nina (25, female).

I don’t mind if AJ has people over or anything, but Nina was here a lot.

I’m already annoyed because Nina always asks me if she can borrow things from me. “Can I borrow a pair of pants for work, I forgot mine? Do you have spare face masks or can I borrow lotion/tampons/socks?”

I always told her, “No. I don’t earn much and I don’t lend anything.”

She was mad because I didn’t want to give her a pad, but I use a diva cup and period underwear and I do NOT share them. 🤮

Let me spell it out for you: NO.

She got mad because I wouldn’t lend her a dress for her “surprise night.” I told her that if she asked me for ANYTHING again, she wouldn’t be allowed in the apartment again.

I told her to stop pretending we were friends and not to use my stuff and if she doesn’t need medical stuff (bandages) she should buy her own stuff.

This resulted in AJ being mad at me for making her feel unwelcome. I said I don’t want her around me at all and the next time that happens I’m going to banish her.

The threats had to break out.

He said she wasn’t that bad.

I finally told him that she had gone one step too far and was gone. And if he breaks this ban, he can look for a new place since he lives month to month.

Nina finally felt well for a few days.

I baked cookies from scratch. They are available on a certain date. She sees the cookies and asks what kind.

I tell her, “Chocolate chip,” and she comes over, puts her finger in the dough, and takes a piece.

I got so mad I told her to go away. She’s banned. I didn’t care.

SHE WARNED YOU.

When AJ tried to argue with me, I said I wouldn’t renew his lease if she wasn’t gone in two minutes.

They left and now my friends call me *******.

Is this possible?

Clearly, this roommate situation requires some strict rules.

Redditors are teeming with opinions.

Hope the cookie dough was worth it!
