FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – The new Hot Head Burritos is now open in Fort Wayne at 3120 St. Joe Center Road. Restaurant officials say the first Fort Wayne location is ready for dine-in, takeout, catering and more.

Upon entering the store, the customer chooses from several ingredients and proteins as they move down the production line until their creation is complete. How is it different from all other “build your own” concepts? MUCH MORE CHOICE!
In addition to the “Big” and “Lil” Burrito and Bowl options, there are more fresh veggie and meat choices than the others! Guests can choose from twelve signature sauces with flavors ranging from sweet to spicy, plus creamy, warm queso and delicious fresh salsas. You can also have your burritos and bowls TOASTED – for an exclusive taste you can’t get anywhere else! Meat lovers? Hot Head has traditional freshly ground, seasoned taco meat, as well as steak, chicken, barbacoa, pork, and chorizo! Hot Head also offers chef-inspired Craft Recipe Bowls & Burritos, as well as Keto and Paleo Power Bowls to choose from!
This Saturday, August 17th, starting at 10:30am, the first 50 customers to place a large or small order for dine-in or takeout will each receive 4 free burrito or bowl tickets for future visits! The new Hot Head Burritos also offers catering for any event, including the ability to build your own bowl and taco options. Delivery will also soon be available through DoorDash. Easy online and app ordering is also available.
The new location is owned and operated by local friends Luke Henley and Kerri Wallace. “Our new location is ready to serve Fort Wayne and the surrounding areas the best burritos around! We’re excited to bring a brand new option to the area, but we’re also committed to being good neighbors,” explained co-owner Kerri Wallace. “We look forward to supporting local organizations that make Fort Wayne the great city it is… We’re really excited by how much people love our customizable burritos and bowls!” added partner Luke Henley.
