How to get ticket offers

play

The Oregon State Fair starts Friday, but you still have Wednesday and Thursday to take advantage of some ticket deals.

Special offers and discounts will be available throughout the 11-day fair, but these bargains are only available before opening day.

Seniors receive admission to the Oregon State Fair for one dollar

If you are 65 or older, the fair is offering a great deal for you through Thursday. Admission to the fair is $1. Tickets must be purchased through the Oregon State Fair website.

Once the fair begins, the ticket price for seniors increases to $3.

Grab a spark plug and a family deal

O’Reilly Auto Parts continues to offer 50% off a family pack of 4 through Thursday. The deal includes show admission for two adults and two children for $20.

On Friday, that could cost up to $44, depending on the age of the children. Regular admission is $12 for adults (13-64), $10 for children (6-12), and free for children under 5.

Before the fair begins, stores also offer $2 off individual adult and child tickets.

Save $15 on Oregon State Fair Carnival Wristbands

Pre-sale carnival wristbands are $45 on weekdays and $55 on weekends and are available through the Oregon State Fair website, with no service fees. Regular wristband prices after the fair begins are $60 and $70, respectively.

Other advance purchase specials include $2 off admission and $3 off a round-trip Fair Lift ride for adults.

And if you really want to immerse yourself in the fair action, a non-transferable 11-day ticket with unlimited access to the fair costs $25 in advance.
