How to watch the Drake vs. Missouri volleyball game on August 30

The Drake women’s volleyball team will open the 2024 season with a game against the Missouri Tigers on August 30 at 3:30 p.m. CT, an early season test match for the women’s volleyball programs.

Mizzou received votes in the 2024 AVCA Preseason Volleyball Rankings and looks to start strong with games against Drake, No. 12 Creighton and NC State at the 2024 Bluejay Invitational in Omaha, NE.

The Tigers lead the all-time series with Drake at 18-5-1. The last time Drake and Mizzou met was in 2018, when the Tigers earned a 3-0 victory.

Missouri returns six of seven starters from 2023, including the All-SEC trio of Maya Sands, Jordan Iliffm and Sierra Dudley. The Tigers were predicted to finish sixth in the 2024 SEC Preseason Coaches Poll.

The Drake Bulldogs, who were the MVC runners-up for two straight years, finished third in the MVC Preseason Coaches Poll. After their Bluejay Invitational appearance against the Tigers, the Bulldogs will play NC State on August 31 and the No. 12 Creighton Volleyball Bluejays on Sunday, September 1. All games will be streamed live on FloVolleyball.
