India’s only 4X4X4 SUV has finally been launched in an all-new version! The popular Force Gurkha that we all await is being relaunched in both 3 and 5-door versions. So, what are the prices of the two versions of the Force Gurkha and what all do the SUVs have to offer? Let’s talk about the 2024 Force Gurkha.
Price
Force Motors has launched a variant for both 3 and 5-door versions. The 3-door version of the Force Gurkha is priced at Rs 20.41 lakh (on-road, Mumbai). The 5-door version is priced at Rs 21.90 lakh (on-road, Mumbai). Also note that 4X4 is standard on both variants.
Force Gurkha 2024 – What’s new?
For the 2024 Gurkha, Force has updated the interior with some minor changes. The new additions are the 9.0-inch aftermarket touchscreen system and a digital instrument cluster. Other features include Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, powered ORVMs, 2 airbags, a rear camera and more. Also, the SUV gets a tire pressure monitoring system that also displays the tire pressure of the tailgate-mounted spare tire.
As far as the seating layout is concerned, the 3-door is a 4-seater SUV. It has two seats in the front and two in the back. On the other hand, the 5-door has two in the front, three in the middle row and two captain’s seats in the third row. However, the 5-door Force Gurkha is the only SUV in India to have captain’s seats in the third row!

Exterior
Even the exterior has been tweaked for the 2024 Force Gurkha. New elements include the grille with the bold GURKHA lettering. We also have round LED headlights with integrated LED daytime running lights. On the side, we have exposed door hinges and new 18-inch alloy wheels. In fact, the spare wheel mounted on the tailgate also comes with an alloy rim! Otherwise, it gets vertically arranged LED taillights. For the extra space of the 5-door Gurkha, Force has increased the length by 425 mm and made it 15 mm taller.
2024 Force Gurkha – Engine Specifications
Both versions of the Force Gurkha are powered by a single 2.6-litre diesel engine. It’s a Mercedes-sourced engine that produces 138bhp and 320Nm of torque and is mated to a single 5-speed gearbox. The power has been increased over the previous model and should help drive this heavy SUV with ease.
