From man bun to mullet, from beard to blonde (remember?) – Jason Kelce’s magnificent mane has had its moments.

Any article documenting Jason Kelce’s Hall of Fame hairstyles can’t get around the elephant in the room: The big guy has used his podcast to espouse some, er, questionable views on hygiene. He’s called underwear “unnecessary and problematic” and prefers to go underwear-free whenever possible. He also doesn’t wash his feet very often. Oh, and sometimes he doesn’t wash his hair for months.
Whether you agree with his theories or not—something tells us Philly is split 50/50 on these issues—you have to admit he’s had some snazzy haircuts over the years. The guy does it well. Metaphorically.
2011
The Rookie • Babyface Jase showed up to his first training camp with the most modest hairstyle of his long career. Back then, he was just a kid trying to make the team.
2012
The dashing pirate • It didn’t take long for Kelce to establish himself as an athletic and physique athlete. Here he is, searching for prey on the high seas.
Mountain Man • Was this the year Kelce achieved pretty-boy status in Philadelphia? Shaggy hair and a bushy beard have always suited the big guy.
2014
Peak flow • If your job is to protect the quarterback, it can be helpful to look like a magician, ready to shout at any moment, “You’re not getting past here!”
Maybe knots • Kylie met Jason on Tinder around this time. Was it the man bun that won her heart?
2019
Incognito mode • If you want to rock the understated Iceman look, accessories are key. Start with aviator sunglasses and a shiny new Super Bowl ring (if you can remember where you put it).
2020
Mullet madness • When he removes his helmet, we see a swirl of hair – shorn at the sides, with rushing rapids at his back and the unshakable impression that those foolish enough to fool around would soon find out.
2021
The shape • Kelce looks particularly chic with this angular beard and hair combination. Did he go to the barber or the sculptor?
The word is blond • Friend and teammate Zach Ertz expected to be traded before the season. Kelce said he would dye his hair blonde like his friend if a trade didn’t happen. When Ertz left training camp with the team, Kelce happily reached for the bleach.
2023
Warm and fluffy • Until the end of his playing career, Kelce’s beard game was perfect – even if he sometimes looked like a big teddy bear.
