Jennifer Love Hewitt is so far ahead of fall hair trends that she may have just created her own.
In a clip shared by a celebrity hairdresser Nikki LeeHewitt is saying goodbye to her long beach waves and sun-kissed blonde hair and welcoming something warmer and much, much shorter for the coming fall.
“It was time to spice things up 🌶️,” Lee joked in the caption of her Aug. 25 upload, before tagging the actress and the Los Angeles salon where the look was achieved. “@jenniferlovehewitt @ninezeroone #901girl.”

Hewitt, 44, later shared a few before-and-after selfies on her own social media page, saying she was now “ready for fall🎃🧡.”
Her bold transformation into a world full of pumpkin spice and everything good was very well received by fans – and even made some people want to start the fall as well.

“I observe Ghost Whisperer again because I love her,” joked one of the most popular comments.
“Gorgeous!! @jenniferlovehewitt this cut and color looks stunning!!,” raved Fuller house star Jodie Sweetin.
“I just dyed and highlighted my hair almost the same color as yours,” said a third. “I was thinking about getting it cut like yours! I think you just helped me decide to do it! You look beautiful as always! 🥰.”
Singer Jessi Malay exclaimed: “WOWWWWWWW 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 so rich.”
Others just wanted to know if she planned to use the look for the upcoming seventh season of 9-1-1which is switching networks after returning from FOX to ABC, and asked the actress, “Ooooo, is this going to be Maddy’s new look in the next season of 911?!”
Although Hewitt has not yet commented on her plans for her character’s appearance in the next season, she probably still has time to think about it given the ongoing strikes in Hollywood.
However, it looks like many Hollywood stars are taking the opportunity to be a little bolder with their hairstyles now that production has been shut down, as both Lee and her salon’s Instagram page are full of before and after videos of other celebs refreshing their looks – including Hilary Duff, Nina Dobrev, Emma Roberts, Ashlee Simpsonand more.
