But what does it mean if Joe Keery doesn’t know how far along filming is? Are there scheduling issues or other obstacles getting in the way? Is he unaware of key plot points? Could he just be playing clueless to keep the show’s secrets? The questions are endless…
While we hope that Stranger Things 5 will premiere sometime next year, but since production has been underway for months, these comments worry me. It gives the impression that there is still a lot of work to be done, so the long filming time could mean we have to wait even longer to say goodbye to Hawkins and the Shadow World.

The main actors will all be back and 80s stars like Linda Hamilton have been added.
As for the plot, we were told by the Duffer Brothers that everything would be “much bigger,” with the conclusion of the series focusing on Will, who was one of the first victims of the Upside Down in Hawkins. I have a feeling we’re in for a lot of surprises that will make the final season even more memorable.
