Jonathan Bailey talked about the challenges of filming three major projects simultaneously.
The 36-year-old actor has been busy for some time now. However, his schedule got stuck when he was involved in the production of Evil, Bridgerton And Fellow travelers.
The latter earned him his first Emmy nomination, and Evil is on track to become one of the biggest films of the year. However, in a recent interview he said: Jonathan explained how the whole thing was affecting him. Spoiler alert: It was really bad for his hair!

“I think it was 32 days in a row where I didn’t have a day off. And I flew back and forth four times. I went from Hawk’s house in the 60s in the cottage straight to the airport, slept on the plane, went straight to a Regency ball, slept there and then went straight to Evil to learn choreography,” he told the Hollywood Reporter. “And at that point I was so late to the Evil a lot because they had already started shooting, and that was also incredible for Marc Platt to do that. There is nothing better than the feeling of figuring out your priorities, whether you are learning the choreography today, working on your American accent or doing your hair for another Bridgerton kiss.”
Jonathan said he “probably wouldn’t rush into it again.”
“But I would say I was pretty good at rolling through the whole time, and then at the end I had five days off, and my hair was dead from all the perming and straightening, because I had to leave my hair for Bridgerton and straighten my hair for (Fellow travelers). I was like a teenage beauty advert and I did everything with my hair. I remember that holiday and I got to the beach and sat in the sun and my hair was just floating like it was coming off. And I looked and felt completely crazy,” he recalls.
