Katie Price has appeared in court to be questioned about her bankruptcy after being warned by a judge that she must appear “without any ifs or buts”.
The 46-year-old former glamour model was arrested at Heathrow Airport earlier this month after failing to appear at a previous hearing about her finances.
At a hearing in Bankruptcy and Corporate Court following the arrest on August 9, Judge Daniel Schaffer told Ms. Price that if she did not appear at Tuesday’s hearing, she would be “re-incarcerated.”
Last week, a judge ruled that her TikTok income would be suspended to repay Ms. Price’s debts.
Ms Price arrived at the Special Court in the Rolls Building in London in a black taxi, dressed all in black and wearing sunglasses.
The hearing, during which she will face questions from lawyers, is scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. (BST).
It was first declared bankrupt in 2019 and again in March this year because it owed over £750,000 in tax debts.
Previously, Ms Price was ordered to pay 40 percent of her monthly income from the erotic website OnlyFans to the trustee of her bankruptcy over the next three years.
She was also required to hand over six of her vehicles, including a pink Range Rover with a personalized license plate, to the trustee to help pay off the amounts owed.
