Konosuke Takeshita returns to AEW after a month away and competed in the NJPW G1 Climax tournament on this Friday’s episode of Rampage.
A four-way match between Takeshita vs. The Beast Mortos vs. Komander vs. Lio Rush is one of five bouts for Rampage on Friday, August 30th that were taped on Wednesday night.
Also scheduled for the show are young, graying veterans Zack Gibson and James Drake, who will compete in a tag team duel against Turbo Floyd and Truth Magnum of The Outrunners.
In the AEW women’s division, Nyla Rose will face Aminah Belmont on Friday’s episode. In another women’s match, Mina Shirakawa will face Missa Kate.
Also scheduled for Friday’s Rampage is a triple threat tag team match, with Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal teaming up against Mike Bennett and Matt Taven and Isiah Kassidy and Marq Quen.
