FORECAST:
Good morning! I think we’re all glad yesterday is behind us. Records were broken across the state, including here in San Antonio, with a high of 108°. That was our hottest in 11 years! The good news is that it’s all downhill from here. Still, today could be a record day with 104°. Like yesterday, an isolated, short-lived thunderstorm is possible. Gusty winds are possible if activity develops.
Temperatures are expected to drop below 100° by the weekend. Clouds will also be present starting Sunday. Early next week, a low pressure system will bring isolated to scattered showers. Temperatures will remain around 90°.
I think it’s safe to say that the hottest temperatures of the year are now behind us. Have a great day!
