Life Time opens new Athletic Country Club in Westlake, the company’s 13th club in the Dallas-Fort Worth area

The 10,000 square-foot luxury leisure and lifestyle destination features indoor and outdoor pools with a beach club, seven pickleball courts, expansive workout rooms and more, promoting health and wellness in the community

DALLAS, 8 August 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Life Time (NYSE: LTH) continued to expand into Texas and that Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with the opening of Life Time Westlake on August 3. The opening expands Life Time’s presence as a sports country club to 33 locations in Texas.

The 10,000-square-foot, two-story Life Time Westlake destination meets the health and wellness and entertainment needs of families, couples and individuals seeking to live healthy, happy lives. Highlights include indoor and outdoor pools with a luxurious outdoor beach club and bistro, seven pickleball courts (three indoor and four outdoor) with spectator areas, the Life Time Kids Academy for learning and playing, a LifeCafe fast-casual restaurant, a full-service LifeSpa offering body, hair, nail and skin treatments, luxurious locker rooms with rejuvenation suites and more.

The spacious fitness and functional training floor allows members to take their workouts to the next level with hundreds of top-of-the-line cardio and strength training machines and free weights. Life Time’s Dynamic Personal Trainers guide and assist members in achieving their fitness goals, while Dynamic Stretch Specialists provide assisted stretching sessions to help members in their recovery efforts. The clubs also offer ARORA programs specifically for active seniors. In addition, the LT Recovery Zone on the fitness floor offers compression therapy, metabolic testing, recovery treatments and nutritional counseling. Life Time’s proprietary GTX, Alpha and Ultra Fit group training classes are also included in membership.

Additionally, six Life Time Class Collection studios offer over 100 group fitness classes led by the area’s best instructors, including barre, cycling, strength training, Pilates and yoga.

Life Time Westlake is located at 2902 Sam School Road and is open to members Monday through Friday from 4:00 a.m. to noon and Saturday and Sunday from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Signature membership holders can also visit other Life Time clubs in the area.
